Archie's Place is a superb property situated in the delightful village of St. Issey just 2.5 miles south of the historic fishing port of Padstow in Cornwall.

It is an immaculately presented cottage style property for four people and has been awarded a VisitBritain Quality in Tourism Rating of FOUR STAR.

The cottage has been equipped to the highest standard and furnished in a light and refreshing contemporary style.

Archie's Place is next door to our Mayfields Cottage and Sunflower this would enable up to three bookings to holiday next to each other but in separate cottages.

The ground floor accommodation is open plan with a light and airy atmosphere.

The spacious lounge area has two comfy sofas and wide screen TV with integrated DVD player and freeview.

The kitchen area is equipped to a high specification, included are washer/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric fan oven and microwave.Ironing board and Iron provided.

The dining area with its smart table and chairs and high chair provide the ideal setting for home cooked meals.

Also on the ground floor is the added bonus of a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand basin.

To the rear of the cottage is the patio garden with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one king size and one twin. The king size bedroom is to the rear and has lovely countryside views towards the beautiful Camel Estuary. The twin bedroom is to the front of the cottage. Both rooms have plenty of storage. A travel cot (please bring your own travel cot bedding and linen) is available for you to use in either bedroom. 

The bathroom has white suite, full size bath with shower over, hand basin, heated towel rail and shaving point.

Archie's Place is the ideal base to explore North Cornwall, with Padstow and Wadebridge literally on your doorstep. St. Issey is a pretty village with the local pub and restaurant being a 'very' short walking distance away!

Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and mattress protectors are provided.

Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.

In the case of two or more week bookings clean linen will be delivered to you on your changeover day at 10 am at the end of each week. Place all your dirty linen in a black bag, this will be collected when your clean linen is delivered. Beds will not be remade for you.

Parking: Your own garage is provided.

Please note: You must park your car in Archie's Place garage: The area between Archie's Place garage and neighbouring cottage garages is for turning only. If your car is too large to go in the garage or your party has two cars, parking is available in St Issey Church Car Park for a small donation fee, it is within 50 metres of Archie's Place, location instructions will be given on your Balance Confirmation email.
