Bay Tree Cottage is ideally situated just ten minutes walk from Padstow harbour, restaurants, shops and inns. Tesco store is within three minutes walk. Go to the 'cottage locations' link for map and multi map location. 

It is a delightful immaculately presented cottage style two bedroom property for four people. 

Awarded a Visit Britain Quality in Tourism Rating of FOUR STAR.

Refurbished for 2010 to include new kitchen and shower room it is an excellently presented 'cottage style' property.

The lounge/dining area has one sofa and two armchairs, wide screen television with integrated freeview, DVD player and selection of DVD's.

New for 2011 free Wi-Fi is available in Bay Tree Cottage.

The dining area has dining table and four chairs.

Leading from the lounge is the kitchen excellently equipped with washer, dryer, fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven oven, microwave, iron and ironing board and breakfast bar.

Upstairs are two bedrooms one double and one twin. The double bedroom has a TV with integrated freeview and DVD player. The rear double bedroom has distant views towards The Camel Estuary

The shower room has shower cubicle, toilet and hand wash basin.

Bay Tree Cottage is the ideal setting for you to relax and unwind and enjoy all that Padstow has to offer.

Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and mattress covers are provided.

Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.

In the case of two or more week bookings clean linen will be delivered to you on your changeover day at 10 am at the end of each week. Place all your dirty linen in a black bag, this will be collected when your clean linen is delivered. Beds will not be remade for you.
