Camel View is perfectly situated just ten minutes walk from Padstow shops, restaurants and inns with The Camel Trail just five minutes walking distance away.
Situated in a quiet location on a select development of properties designed so that two are very rarely exactly the same.
Camel View and its garden have been totally refurbished for 2011 to provide the very best in holiday accommodation.
Refurbishment includes new high specification kitchen and appliances, new bathroom, full gas radiator central heating and fantastic private decked garden with lovely estuary views.
The lounge area is furnished for complete comfort and enjoyment with two leather sofas, flat screen TV with HD and Freeview and DVD player.

Dining area is furnished with table and chairs. A high chair is available to use in Camel View.
Double patio doors open directly from dining area onto the fantastic newly decked patio furnished with table and chairs, two loungers and rotary dryer. A secure storage shed is available for bicycles.
Next to the dining area is the high specification kitchen, excellently equipped with ceramic hob and electric cooker, extractor hood, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, ceramic tile floor, iron and ironing board.
The double bedroom beautifully decorated with double bed, two side tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe and hairdryer and has lovely views to the Camel Estuary.
The twin room is furnished with side table and built in wardrobe.
The bathroom hasbath with shower over, toilet, hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver plug and ceramic tile floor.
Off street parking is available to the front of Camel View within ten metres of the property.

Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.
Bed linen and towels change included for bookings of two or more weeks. Delivery will take place at 10am on your changeover day at the end of each week.
