From the front door is the hall with cloakroom including toilet and hand wash basin and shaver point.
Double doors from the hall lead into the spacious lounge area fully furnished with three and two seat sofas, two arm chairs, three coffee tables, gas fire, CD player, widescreen TV, Digital Free view box, DVD player, video player.
Through an archway is the delightful dining area, this includes, dining table and eight chairs, Welsh dresser and high chair. A patio door leads out onto the sunny south facing decked garden ideal for alfresco dining.
Next to the dining area is the kitchen, fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, bistro table and two chairs. A rear door opens onto the decked garden.
A high chair and a fixed stair gate, which is situated at the top of the stairs, are provided and included in the tariff.
The adjacent utility room contains washing machine, iron and ironing board.
