Dodo's Cottage is a 200 year old fisherman's cottage superbly situated in a quiet mews (pedestrian access only in Alma Place) in the very heart of Padstow 'Old Town' (off Middle Street) with the harbour, restaurants, shops and inns on its doorstep. Go to the 'cottage locations' link for map and multi map location.

It is a delightful two bedroom property for three people.

Beautifully presented and furnished in traditional cottage style with lots of attention to detail, it has original beams, sash windows and antique furniture, providing a comfortable cosy atmosphere.

On entering through the stable door you will find yourself in the character lounge with wood burner (bring your own logs or replace existing logs), two comfy sofas, flat screen television with freeview, DVD/video player, radio and storage heater, the perfect place for relaxation.

The dining area situated in the lounge is the ideal setting for casual dining.

From the lounge is the tiny kitchen providing everything you will need for home cooking. It has electric worktop oven and hob rings, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, tumble dryer (located in outside log store), iron, ironing board, Belfast sink, granite work surfaces and a pretty pine dresser for storage.

Upstairs are two charming bedrooms, one double and one single. The double bedroom has original cast iron fire place (not in use), antique bedstead, hand wash basin, hairdryer and storage heater, it looks out over the patio garden and the along Alma Place with its neighbouring fisherman's cottages. The single bedroom has antique bedstead and again over looks the patio garden. 

The bathroom located on the ground floor, is equipped with toilet, full size shower cubicle and hand wash basin.

To the front is your own private south facing patio garden furnished with table and bench constructed from horse shoes.

Dodo's Cottage is located in a prime position within Padstow 'Old Town' just one minute level walk to the harbour edge and less than that to the local inns, restaurants and shops.

Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and mattress covers are provided.

Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.

In the case of two or more week bookings clean linen will be delivered to you on your changeover day at 10 am at the end of each week. Place all your dirty linen in a black bag, this will be collected when your clean linen is delivered. Beds will not be remade for you.
