Located in a prime position in the prestigious 'Old Town' and simply two minutes walk to Padstow harbour edge and its supreme collection of restaurants, inns and shops it has it all. If you want to be in the heart of Padstow, dining in top restaurants, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of a pub meal or simply crab fishing from the harbour edge Ide Cottage is definitely for you.

Ide Cottage sleeps 6 in three bedrooms plus a baby. A travel cot and a high chair are included in tariff.

On entering Ide Cottage you will find yourself in the impressive hall with feature plasterwork and original staircase.

Leading from the hall is the luxurious lounge with two leather three seat sofas, coffee table, wide screen TV, Free Sat TV Receiver, DVD/CD player, feature fire place, please note this is not a working fireplace, and solid oak flooring the perfect place to unwind, relax and gather with your family and friends.

Also leading from the hall is the ground floor shower room with, toilet, hand wash basin and power shower.

The high specification kitchen has shaker style cream units with oak wood block effect worktops, slate floor, electric hob and oven, cooker hood, dishwasher, integrated fridge, integrated freezer, microwave, TV with integrated DVD/CD player and ipod docking station, dining table and six chairs. High quality cutlery and table wear is provided.

The washing machine and tumble dryer are in 'The Wash House' located at the end of the garden.

Directly leading from the kitchen is the conservatory delightfully furnished with wicker furniture this opens onto the garden.

The charming private enclosed garden is equipped with table and chairs and is ideally located to catch the afternoon and evening sun.

The delightful master double bedroom is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside units with table lamps, TV with built in freeview and hairdryer. This room has views over the pretty garden.

The twin front bedroom has views to Barry's Lane with its colourful character cottages. Included are twin beds, wardrobe and small unit.

The double front bedroom catches the early morning sun and also has views along Barry's Lane. Included are double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

The house bathroom has white bath with shower attachment, hand wash basin, toilet, heated towel rail and shaver plug.

Full gas radiator central heating is available for your comfort throughout the year.

Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom and en suite, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.

In the case of two or more week bookings clean linen will be delivered to you on your changeover day at 10 am at the end of each week. Place all your dirty linen in a black bag, this will be collected when your clean linen is delivered. Beds will not be remade for you.
