A high chair is available to use and is included in the tariff.
Next to the dining area is the kitchen, excellently equipped with gas hob and electric oven, extractor hood, integral washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, combination microwave, breakfast bar and two stools, ceramic tile floor, iron and ironing board.
Double doors from the dining area open onto the resident's only courtyard at the centre of the development.
The double bedroom includes king size bed, two side tables, wardrobe, wall mounted LCD TV with freeview and hairdryer. Views over the court yard from the velux window.
A travel cot is available to use and is included in the tariff please bring your own travel cot bedding and linen.
An Areobed is available to sleep an extra person, please note no bedding or linen is supplied for this bed.

Two allocated car parking spaces located opposite Meadow Cottage garden are within five metres of the property.

Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.
Bed linen and towels change included for bookings of two or more weeks. Delivery will take place at 10am on your changeover day at the end of each week.
