Mermaid Cottage has been awarded a rating of FOUR STAR by VisitEngland.

Mermaid Cottage is a two bedroom property for four people.

 Mermaid Cottage is a traditional Cornish cottage located in a prime position in the prestigious 'Old Town' simply a two minute walk to Padstow harbour edge and its supreme collection of restaurants, inns and shops. If you want to be in the heart of Padstow, dining in top restaurants, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of a pub meal or simply crab fishing from the harbour edge Mermaid Cottage is definitely for you.

 On entering Mermaid Cottage there is a small hall.

The lounge area has leather sofa and two armchairs, oak flooring, flat screen TV with integrated Freeview, ipod docking station and DVD player.

A breakfast bar and bar stools are available for dining.

Next to the dining area is the kitchen, excellently equipped with electric hob and oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, slate floor, iron and ironing board.

Leading from the kitchen is the ground floor shower room with large shower enclosure, hand basin and toilet.

At the rear of the property is the pretty private patio garden with table and chairs and drench shower.

The double bedroom is furnished with double bed, side tables, dressing table, wardrobe and hairdryer.

The rear twin bedroom is furnished with two single beds and two side tables.

The bathroom has bath with shower over, hand basin, toilet, heated towel rail and shaver point.

To conclude Mermaid Cottage has everything for the perfect relaxing holiday.

Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and mattress covers are provided.

Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.

Bed linen and towels change included for bookings of two or more weeks. Delivery will take place at 10am on your changeover day at the end of each week.
