Miss Mopsy's is located in the heart of prestigious 'Old Town' simply a one minute walk to Padstow harbour edge and a supreme collection of restaurants, inns and shops on its door step. If you want to be in the heart of Padstow yet tucked away, dining in top restaurants or enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of a pub meal Miss Mopsy's is definitely for you.

Miss Mopsy's was built in 2009 being architect designed to complement the surrounding cottages. It provides all the comforts of a new build with character cottage features. It has been furnished to provide style and comfort and provides the very best in luxury holiday cottage accommodation.

A free Car Park Season Ticket for Lawn and Railway Car Parks will be provided for the duration of your stay. Go to the 'cottage locations' link at the top of our home page for locations. Lawn Car Park is located off New Street. Railway Car Park is located next to Padstow Town Council Offices.

The lounge area includes two leather sofas, flat screen TV with integrated freeview, DVD player and feature fireplace with wood burning stove.

The dining area in the lounge has table and two chairs.

Leading from the lounge area the kitchen is excellently equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, granite worktops, iron and ironing board.

Next to the kitchen is a shower room with shower enclosure, hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

At the front of the property is a patio area with bench, a table and chairs are located in a second raised sitting area.

The spacious bedroom is furnished with king size bed, two side chest of drawers, two built in wardrobes, flat screen TV with freeview and integrated DVD player, chair and hairdryer.

The en suite bathroom has bath, hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail. Also included is the added luxury of an integral shower/steam room.

To conclude Miss Mopsy's has everything for the perfect luxury holiday.

Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and mattress covers are provided.

Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.

Bed linen and towels change included for bookings of two or more weeks. Delivery will take place at 10am on your changeover day at the end of each week.
