An original Cornish cottage situated in the ‘Old Town’ and just five minutes walk to Padstow Harbour, restaurants and shops it is immaculately presented as it has been just totally renovated for 2008 with new, kitchen, bathroom, appliances, flooring, sofas and decoration inside and out.
It is a two bedroom cottage for four people and has been awarded a VisitBritain Quality in Tourism Rating of FOUR STAR.
Leading from the hall is the charming separate dining room with feature slate fireplace, please note this is not a working fireplace, and pine furniture, the perfect place for home cooked meals.
Continue down the hall this leads to the lounge/kitchen area.
The lounge area is beautifully furnished for comfort with two comfy leather sofas, TV with freeview, DVD/CD player, video player and pine dresser.
The kitchen next to the lounge area is excellently equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board.
The ground floor bathroom has white suite with full size bath and shower over, hand wash basin, toilet and electric shaver point.
Next to the bathroom is the cloakroom with the second toilet. Also in this room is the washer/dryer.
Upstairs are two bedrooms one double and one twin.
The pretty double bedroom to the rear has pine double bedstead, dressing table, hairdryer and lots of storage space.
Twin bedroom to the front has twin beds, built in wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers.
Outside is the garden furnished with table and chairs the perfect setting to relax and enjoy.
Petroc Cottage is the ideal setting for you to relax and unwind and enjoy all that Padstow has to offer.

Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and mattress covers are provided.
Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.
In the case of two or more week bookings clean linen will be delivered to you on your changeover day at 10 am at the end of each week. Place all your dirty linen in a black bag, this will be collected when your clean linen is delivered. Beds will not be remade for you.
