Pinmill Cottage is a two bedroom property for four people plus one baby up to twelve months.
Pinmill Cottage is a traditional Cornish cottage located in a prime position in the prestigious 'Old Town' simply a two minute walk to Padstow harbour edge and its supreme collection of restaurants, inns and shops. If you want to be in the heart of Padstow yet tucked away, dining in top restaurants, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of a pub meal or simply crab fishing from the harbour edge Pinmill Cottage is definitely for you.

Refurbished with new John Lewis upholstery and furniture, TV, BluRay player, bedding and furnishings for 2011 it is beautifully presented with lots of care and attention to detail. Included are beams, natural slate flooring, feature slate walls and original Cornish Range, providing a comfortable cosy cottage atmosphere.
The lounge includes, sofa, two armchairs, flat screen TV, BluRay player, DVD player, Denon I pod docking station/CD player/radio and slate fireplace with gas flame effect fire.
Leading from the hall is the bonus of an additional sitting room area with sofa, desk, natural slate flooring and old Cornish range. Please note this is not a working range.
The conservatory area has table and chairs, from here double doors open onto the private patio garden with table and chairs.
Also leading from the sitting room area, is the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board.
The kitchen is equipped with gas hob and electric oven, extractor hood, Dualit kettle and toaster, microwave and granite worktops. From here a stable door opens onto the front patio garden with views to the harbour and estuary.
A high chair is available to use and is included in the tariff.
The master bedroom has lovely estuary and harbour views. Included are traditional cast iron fire place, king size bed, two side tables, large drawer unit, built in wardrobe, full length mirror and hairdryer.
A travel cot is available to use and is included in the tariff. Please note no travel cot bedding and linen is supplied.
The twin bedroom overlooks the rear patio garden it is furnished with two single beds, two side units and wardrobe.
The bathroom has been totally refurbished for 2012 and has bath with shower over, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail, new pictures available soon.
To conclude Pinmill Cottage has everything for the perfect relaxing holiday.
Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and mattress covers are provided.
Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.
Bed linen and towels change included for bookings of two or more weeks. Delivery will take place at 10am on your changeover day at the end of each week.
