Rosehill House is a unique and exclusive, large, period character property, with parking, which sleeps up to eleven people (plus a baby) and has a spacious garden.

The house is situated in a quiet peaceful location, in the elite High Street (within ‘The Old Town’), close to Prideaux House and just four minutes walk from Padstow's harbour, restaurants, shops and inns.

To top all this, Rosehill House also has magnificent views of the estuary from the first and second floors.

One of the largest period houses situated in one of the most prestigious streets in Padstow, is has large spacious airy rooms with lots of original features, sash windows, original fire place for real fires, beams, slate flooring, original wooden floors, three bathrooms and downstairs toilet, it is furnished tastefully throughout with antique furniture in keeping with the property.

On the ground floor is the delightful spacious kitchen with its lovely cream Aga set in the old inglenook fireplace, Belfast sink, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.

Next to the kitchen is the charming dining/ family room with its large chunky oak table and chairs a squashy sofa lots of occasional chairs and a gorgeous fireplace with open fire. Ideal for those large gatherings of families and friends, or smaller parties who want the luxury of lots of space and character.

On the other side of the hall is the lounge, refurbished for 2006 with two large comfy sofas, arm chair and TV/video, this is the perfect chill out room for those wanting to watch TV or read a book.

Also located on the ground floor is another small hall from which the rear door leads, in here you will find a selection of wet suits and beach toys for you to use during your stay, if you are feeling energetic!

Beyond this hall is the utility room with toilet, sink, washer and dryer.

From the impressive hall, the stairs lead up to the house bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cubicle.

On the first floor is the magnificent master bedroom with its super king size oak sleigh bed, luxuriously dressed window seat and views to the estuary.

From the master bedroom via a stained glass door is the en suite bathroom, with full size bath and shower over, this room has a lovely view over the garden.

Next to the master bedroom is the sunny twin room also with views to the estuary.

To the end of the hall is the other charming double bedroom with its pretty king size iron bedstead and again views of the estuary. This bedroom has two doors one leads into the landing and one into the bunk room.

Leading directly off this room is the bunk room. This room also has two other doors one leads back to the half landing and one to the a shower bathroom.

Beyond the bunk room is another bathroom with shower cubicle.

Off the first floor landing a flight of stairs lead you up to the second floor.

Up here you will find a twin room with estuary views.

Also on the top floor is a room with a single bed and stunning views.

Outside you will find a large sunny garden with table and chairs and parking for one car.

Limited on street parking is available in Tregirls Lane and Fentonluna Lane.

On The South Quay Car Park next to the harbour and opposite The Seafood Restaurant you are able to purchase a ticket for a week for £25. This does not guarantee you a space but this car park has a large turner over and a short wait would ensure you a parking space. The South Quay Car Park is approximately five minutes walk from Rosehill House.

If you are looking to accommodate up to 11 people (plus a baby) within four minutes walk of Padstow harbour, its shops, restaurants and inns in the select ’Old Town’ and in a period character property with large garden and parking the Rosehill House is the ‘unique’ holiday home for you.

It is the perfect place to explore all that Padstow and the surrounding area has to offer, while offering the perfect relaxing retreat on those precious weeks away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Duvets, mattress protectors, pillows, pillow protectors, bed linen, towels, tea towels and bath mats are included in the tariff.

The bed linen will be placed on the end of each bed with one bath and one hand towel per person, extra towels are available from the linen cupboard in the bunk bedroom, the beds will not be made for you.

In the case of two or more week bookings clean linen will be delivered to you on your changeover day at 10 am at the end of each week. Place all your dirty linen in a black bag, this will be collected when your clean linen is delivered. Beds will not be remade for you.

Daily housekeeping service available, price on application, includes kitchen and bathroom cleaning, bed making and general day to day cleaning not to be missed!
