It is an excellently presented, spacious, cottage style, two bedroom, two en suite property for four people.

The superb lounge/dining room has two leather sofas and armchair, contemporary wall mounted feature gas fire, French oak flooring, flat screen television, DVD/CD/MP3 player and digital radio.

The dining area is furnished with oak table and leather upholstered chairs.

The kitchen, excellently equipped with gas hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher, washing machine, integrated fridge, integrated freezer, iron and ironing board. A freezer and tumble dryer are located in the garden store next to the kitchen. Leading from the kitchen is a small private patio garden with table and chairs.

Upstairs the master bedroom with leather king size sleigh bed and wall mounted flat screen television has an en suite with hand wash basin, toilet and Jacuzzi bath.

The second double bedroom has double bed and en suite shower room with hand wash basin, toilet and large shower enclosure.

To the side of the property is a valuable asset in Padstow your own parking space.

St Edmund's Cottage is the ideal setting for you to relax and enjoy all the Padstow has to offer.

Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and mattress covers are provided. Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.

In the case of two or more week bookings clean linen will be delivered to you on your changeover day at 10am at the end of each week. Place all your dirty linen in a black bag, this will be collected when your clean linen is delivered. Beds will not be remade for you.
