Sunflower is situated in the delightful village of St. Issey just 2.5 miles south of the historic fishing port of Padstow in Cornwall.

It is a cottage style property for five people and has been awarded a VisitBritain Quality in Tourism Rating of FOUR STAR.

The cottage is perfect for families and has been equipped and furnished to a high standard. It has full gas radiator central heating.

Sunflower is next door to our Archie's Place and Mayfields Cottage this would enable up to three bookings to holiday next to each other but in separate cottages.

The ground floor accommodation is open plan.

The spacious lounge area has two large comfy sofas, TV with freeview, DVD player, video player, a selection of DVDs, videos, books and games, the ideal place for perfect relaxation.

The kitchen area is equipped to a high specification in a modern design style, included are washer/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric fan oven and microwave.

The dining area next to the kitchen is equipped with table, chairs and high chair.

Also on the ground floor is the added bonus of a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand wash basin.

To the rear of the cottage is the patio garden with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Child safety gates are fitted at the bottom and at the top of the stairs.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms one double and one triple. The sunny double bedroom is to the front. The triple bedroom is to the rear of the cottage, included are bunk bed with three quarter size lower bunk bed and single top bunk bed. Both rooms have plenty of storage. A travel cot (no bedding or linen provided) is available for you to use. Hairdryer available in double bedroom.

The stunning shower room has a spacious walk in shower enclose, toilet, hand wash basin, heated towel rail and shaving point.

Sunflower is the ideal base to explore North Cornwall, with Padstow and Wadebridge literally on your doorstep. St. Issey is a pretty village with the local pub and restaurant being a 'very' short walking distance away!

Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and mattress protectors are provided.

Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.

In the case of two or more week bookings clean linen will be delivered to you on your changeover day at 10 am at the end of each week. Place all your dirty linen in a black bag, this will be collected when your clean linen is delivered. Beds will not be remade for you.

Parking: Sunflower has a garage within 15 metres.

Please note: You must park your car in Sunflower garage: The area between Sunflower garage and neighbouring cottage garages is for turning only: If your car is too large to go in the garage or your party has two cars, parking is available in The Church Car Park for a small donation fee, it is within 50 metres of Sunflower, location instructions will be given on your Balance Confirmation Email.
