The Loft @ Ocean One is a totally renovated for June 2011 impressive, spacious loft style duplex apartment for two people and a baby. Located in a prime position in the heart of the prestigious 'Old Town' with the added bonus of a private garden it is just one minute walk to Padstow harbour edge and its supreme collection of restaurants, inns and shops. If you want to be in the heart of Padstow, dining in top restaurants, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of a pub meal or simply crab fishing from the harbour edge The Loft @ Ocean One is definitely for you.
The Loft @ Ocean One has been totally renovated and refurbished for 2011.
A free Car Park Season Ticket for Lawn and Railway Car Parks will be provided for the duration of your stay. Go to the 'cottage locations' link at the top of our home page for locations. Lawn Car Park is located off New Street. Railway Car Park is located next to Padstow Town Council Offices. Free WiFi available in The Loft @ Ocean One. The lounge area is furnished with leather sofa and two armchairs, flat screen TV and DVD player. Leading from the lounge area is a cloak room with hand basin, toilet and shaver point. A breakfast island with bar stools is available for dining.
A high chair is available to use and is included in the tariff. The kitchen is excellently equipped with electric hob and oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, iron, ironing board and ipod docking system. Leading from the kitchen at the rear of the property is the private garden, large by Padstow standards, with two decked areas, table, chairs and loungers. The double bedroom is stunning with exposed beams and light and airy atmosphere, furnished with leather double bed, side tables, large drawer unit, built in wardrobe area, armchair, foot stool, flat screen TV and hairdryer. A travel cot is available to use either in the bedroom or the dressing area it is included in the tariff, please note no travel cot bedding and linen is supplied. A dressing area with dressing table and stool is located next to the shower room this area could be used to place a travel cot. Lovely views over the garden and beyond can be seen from here. The shower room has shower cubicle, hand basin, toilet, heated towel rail and shaver point. A washer dryer is located here. Estuary glimpses across the roof tops can be viewed from here. To conclude The Loft @ Ocean One has everything for the perfect relaxing holiday. Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and mattress covers are provided.
Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff. Bed linen and towels change included for bookings of two or more weeks. Delivery will take place at 10am on your changeover day at the end of each week. No smoking allowed.
