Is the cottage available?
This site shows up to date, live availability for all our cottages to make booking easier for you - if you can see the pink square on the date you want to start your break it is available. So you can book online, anytime, safe in the knowledge that the website is up to date.
We cannot reply to any email or phone enquires on availability as it changes constantly, the property that is available now may not be available by the time you are able to read our email or check our phone messages.

Can we book a cottage for breaks other than the published breaks?
Breaks are ONLY available for standard 3, 4, 7 & 14 nights, on the specified start days for each Cottage and ONLY at the advertised tariff.

We cannot reply to any email or phone enquiries on none standard breaks and reduced tariff as they have to remain as published.

Can the tariff be reduced?
Special Offers sometimes become available. All offers are listed daily on the Special Offers page. If your required cottage is not on this page we cannot offer any reduction on tariff.

Which cottages have Saturday changeover days for 7 & 14 night breaks?

When are 3 and 4 night short breaks available?
January, February, March, November & December.

When is 2013 prices released ?
2013 prices will be released in September 2012.

Which cottages allow one pet?
Valerian Cottage: Field View: Trelawney: Harbour's Reach: Trenemere: Brea Cottage: Accept One Pet  (extra pets not negotiable). This information can be found in the description for each Cottage. Please do not request to bring a pet into 'No Pet Allowed' properties as the properties must be kept pet free for the protection of tenants with allergies to pets.

Where do we collect the keys?
Keys are available from a secure key box located at each cottage. You will receive information regarding keys in your Balance Paid Confirmation Email.

What linen is included?
Linen is provided for all our cottages. Full details of what is included are shown in the text for each cottage.

Are gas, electric and water costs included in the tariff?
All gas, electric and water costs are included in the tariff.

Is a Damage Deposit required on any cottage?
Only Dodo's Cottage £100 per week and Mally Moo £200 per week require Damage Deposits these should be sent to us when paying your Balance amount. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SEPARATE PAYMENT TO YOUR DEPOSIT/BALANCE AMOUNTS WHICH ARE PART OF YOUR TOTAL TARIFF AMOUNT AND NO PART OF THESE PAYMENTS ARE REFUNDABLE.
