Arrival and Departure times
Arrival and departure times are strict and cannot be changed. This allows for additional cleaning time between cottages to make sure the property is safe for guests and staff.
Decluttering
As part of Owner's Risk Assessments some items you would normally expect to find may have been removed, eg non-essential items such as DVDs or games and ornaments, this is to ease the cleaning load on turnarounds and reduce risk to guests and staff.
The “We’re Good To Go” industry standard mark is a self-assessment scheme that has been designed by VisitEngland in partnership with the national tourist organisations Tourism Northern Ireland, VisitScotland and Visit Wales to provide a ‘ring of confidence’ for all sectors of the tourism industry, as well as reassurance to visitors that businesses have clear processes in place and are following industry and Government COVID-19 guidance on cleanliness and social distancing. No, Padstow Cottage Company does not charge VAT on bookings.
Breaks are only available for standard 3, 4, 7 and 14 nights, on the specified start days for each Cottage and at the advertised tariff.
Unfortunately we cannot reply to any email or phone enquiries on none standard breaks and reduced tariffs as they have to remain as published.

All the other cottages have Friday changeover days for 7 & 14 night breaks.
These properties accept one pet (extra pets are not negotiable): Except Stargazy Snug which allows two dogs.

Please do not request to bring a pet into 'No Pet Allowed' properties as the properties must be kept pet free for the protection of visitors with allergies to pets.
