Arrival & Departure Times

Please note our new changeover times:

  • For all cottages, except Starfish and Stone's Throw: Entry is after 5pm on your arrival date and departure is before 9.30am on your departure date.
  • Starfish: Entry is after 3pm on your arrival date and departure is before 10am on your departure date.
  • Stone's Throw is after 3pm on your arrival day and departure is before 10am on your departure day.
  • Cwtch Cottage is after 4pm on your arrival day and departure is before 10am on your departure day.

Arrival and departure times are strict and cannot be changed. This allows for additional cleaning time between cottages to make sure the property is safe for guests and staff.

When will I receive my arrival information?

We will send you the pre-arrival email the day before your holiday.

Will prices change due reduction in VAT?

No, Padstow Cottage Company does not charge VAT on bookings.

Can we book a cottage for dates other than those published?

Breaks are only available for standard 3, 4, 7 and 14 nights, on the specified start days for each Cottage and at the advertised tariff.

Unfortunately we cannot reply to any email or phone enquiries on none standard breaks and reduced tariffs as they have to remain as published.

Is the cottage available to book?

Our site shows up-to-date, live availability for all our cottages.

  • Click on an arrival date (shown in bold) to begin booking.
  • Next, click your departure date, also shown in bold. This will make your selection dark blue.
  • Available dates are shown in teal. If the dates are coral coloured, we’re afraid it is booked already,

Unfortunately we cannot reply to any email or phone enquiries on availability, as it changes constantly. A property that is available now may not be available by the time you are able to read our email or check our phone messages.

These properties accept one pet (extra pets are not negotiable): Except Stargazy Snug which allows two dogs.

Please do not request to bring a pet into 'No Pet Allowed' properties as the properties must be kept pet free for the protection of visitors with allergies to pets.

All cottages have WiFi.

 

 

 

Do you have Special Offers?

Yes! Special Offers sometimes become available. All offers are listed on the Special Offers page.

If your chosen cottage/date is not on this page we cannot offer any reduction on tariff.

When are 3 and 4 night short breaks available?

January, February, March, November & December. (except Christmas and New Year).

3 and 4 night breaks available throughout the year, view on the Special offers page.

Some cottages do not offer 3 and 4 night short breaks.

  • Camel View (Allocated car parking space ten metres from the front of Camel View).
  • Driftwood Cottage (Allocated car parking for two cars, twenty metres from Driftwood Cottage).
  • Fuchsia Cottage (Allocated parking space for one car in front of Fuchsia Cottage garage, twenty five metres from Fuchsia Cottage).
  • Harbour's Reach (Allocated car parking space on the North Quay Car Park).
  • Pebbles Cottage (Allocated car parking space for one car in front of Pebbles Cottage garage, twenty metres from Pebbles Cottage).
  • Starfish (Allocated car parking space for one car in front of Starfish garage next to Starfish).
