COVID-19 update – 4th July Open for Guests

Following today's announcement by the Prime Minister, we are happy to be able to welcome guests back from Saturday 4th July 2020.
As travel restrictions have now been lifted we request that all balances for holidays due to start in the next 8 weeks are paid immediately. Visit Your Booking to settle your Balance.
Balances that remain unpaid will be cancelled, as we return to our standard Terms & Conditions from 24 June 2020, and holidays will be made available to other guests.
All housekeepers and owners have undertaken Risk Assessments and will ensure that all cottages are throughly cleaned between lets.
The additional time for cleaning cottages between lets is to make sure the property is safe for guests and staff means we have to change arrival and departure times.
- For all cottages: Entry is after 5pm on your arrival date and departure is before 9.30am on your departure date.
- No.1 Exbury: Entry is after 4pm on your arrival date and departure is before 10am on your departure date.
Arrival and departure times are strict and cannot be changed.
As part of Owner's Risk Assessments some items you would normally expect to find may have been removed, eg non-essential items such as DVDs or games and ornaments, this is to ease the cleaning load on turnarounds and reduce risk to guests and staff.
