The Backs is located in the heart of prestigious 'Old Town' simply a one minute walk to Padstow harbour edge and a supreme collection of restaurants, inns and shops on its door step. If you want to be in the heart of Padstow yet tucked away, dining in top restaurants or enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of a pub meal The Backs is definitely for you.

Originally part of a mill The Backs has been refurbished to provide high standard holiday cottage accommodation. It has two ensuite shower rooms and a patio garden.

On the ground floor the lounge area includes two leather sofas, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and window seat. Double doors open onto the patio with table and chairs.

The kitchen area is excellently equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, Belfast sink, microwave, iron and ironing board.

The dining area is next to the kitchen with table and chairs.

The double bedroom is furnished with king size bed, side tables, chest of drawers, side tables, bench, wardrobe and hairdryer.

The double bedroom en suite has shower, toilet and hand basin.

The twin bedroom is furnished with two single beds, side table, built in wardrobe and dressing table with mirror above.

The twin bedroom en suite has shower enclosure, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail.

Car parking is not provided. The South Quay Car Park is £35 per week and is just 50 metres from The Backs.

To conclude The Backs has everything for the perfect relaxing holiday.

Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and mattress covers are provided.

Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.

Bed linen and towels change included for bookings of two or more weeks. Delivery will take place at 10am on your changeover day at the end of each week.
