To the front of the cottage is the kitchen area, again with sash window, delightful stable door, down lighting and storage heater, excellently equipped with, electric hob and oven, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, iron and ironing board. Dining area next to the kitchen area is equipped with dining table and two chairs. Upstairs the master bedroom opens directly from the landing, furnished with double pine bedstead, bed side table and wardrobe it has a true cottage feel with feature beams, sash window and Estuary views. The bathroom has a half size bath with electric shower over, hand wash basin and toilet. To the front of the property is a valuable asset in Padstow your own parking space! 305cm wide 427cm long: Accessed from one car width road: Turning into your car parking space is restricted please take care. Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and mattress covers are provided. Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff. In the case of two or more week bookings clean linen will be delivered to you on your changeover day at 10 am at the end of each week. Place all your dirty linen in a black bag, this will be collected when your clean linen is delivered. Beds will not be remade for you. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed.
