East House is situated just ten minutes walk from Padstow harbour, restaurants, shops and inns. Go to the 'cottage locations' link for map and multi map location.   It is a spacious light and airy four bedroom property for eight people. Awarded a Visit Britain Quality in Tourism Rating of FOUR STAR.

Furnished in a bright and contemporary style, it has a relaxed and comfortable seaside atmosphere.

The superb lounge has two comfy leather sofas and wide screen television with freeview. Please note the open fireplace is not in use. Double doors open onto the garden.

Leading from the lounge is the kitchen, excellently equipped with, electric hob, fan oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, iron and ironing board.

Next to the kitchen is the dining area with table and chairs.

A ground floor cloakroom has toilet and hand basin.

To the rear of East House is the south facing rear garden with table and chairs.

Upstairs are four bedrooms, three double and one twin, storage space is provided in all rooms.

The master bedroom has en suite shower room.

The house bathroom has a white suite with full size bath and shower over, hand basin and toilet.

To the front of the property is a valuable asset in Padstow - parking for up to three cars!

East House is the ideal setting for you to relax and unwind and enjoy all that Padstow has to offer.

Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and mattress covers are provided.

Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.

Bed linen and towels change included for bookings of two or more weeks. Delivery will take place at 10am on your changeover day at the end of each week.
